GetAccept Nurtures Growth | Additional Strong Competences

Last year GetAccept went from 30 to over 100 employees, mainly focusing on growing the outbound sales organization.

Entering 2020, and although faced with challenges due to the changing global situation, GetAccept tries to do its best to stay focused on opportunities in the marketplace. In order to deliver on the extended demand for digitalization and sales enablement solutions, GetAccept has, therefore, further strengthened the team by recruiting people within areas alongside sales, i.e marketing, web development, HR, customer success, and UX/UI.

“Hiring and developing the right people and personalities is, and will always be, key to our success. Having these amazing new GetAccepters with various competencies onboard will definitely take us to the next level!”, says Hanna Malmsten, HR Manager at GetAccept.

Marketing is a vital part of the overall business growth

To continue to gain market shares and build the brand position globally marketing plays an important part, which is why the marketing team at GetAccept has been further strengthened with 4 new hires.

Linus Grundstrom has joined as the new Web Manager taking on the responsibility of the global website. Linus has a valuable background within web development as well as from Hyper Island. Sara Regnér is another addition to the team, joining as Performance Marketing Specialist. Sara comes from a similar role at fintech company Anyfin. Together, Linus and Sara will be responsible for improving the overall online presence for GetAccept. Frida Jernfält has also onboarded the marketing team taking on the role as the new Lead Designer being responsible for developing the brand and positioning GetAccept as a global leader within the SaaS industry.

Last but not least, after establishing a new office in Oslo in 2019, GetAccept has hired Aliaa Noelle Hamza as the Marketing Coordinator to be responsible for local marketing and events. With various experiences in PR, Marketing, and Project Management, Aliaa will take the marketing activities in Norway to the next level.

“I am super excited to have these people joining the Marketing team. Ever since I joined myself in November last year, I’ve been focused on staffing up the team with the right competence, and with these people in place, the last pieces of the puzzle fall into place. Now we are ready to further accelerate and aim for the position as a leader within sales enablement, proposal management, and e-signing”, says Frida Ahrenby, VP Marketing at GetAccept.

Additional strong competencies within other areas

In addition, we are expanding our team in the US with Ali Ali and Carina Whaley as new Customer Success Managers, alongside Nicole Nykvist taking on the role as the new Business Development Representative at our HQ in Malmö.

In order to manage the product design process forward we have also hired Joakim Lindholm as the new UX Design Lead, and to continue to keep our customers happy, Jonny Springare and Andrea Rodikova are strengthening the Customer Support team. HR Management being a crucial part as GetAccept grows, we are happy to announce that Johanna Gustafsson will be our new HR coordinator with the mission to connect great talents with great opportunities at GetAccept.
